Imperfect Art Studio

Simone created Imperfect Art Studio in 2019 after taking pottery classes and falling in love with ceramics. Simone always had a creative mind and also does embroidery and drawing (watercolors, mixed media, graphite).

Since then, Simone has expanded her love for ceramics learning new techniques, teaching classes, participating in local markets and participating in exhibitions at the Umbrella Arts Center, at the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, and at the Higgins Gallery in Cape Cod.  

Her inspiration comes from nature and “wabi sabi”, the Japanese aesthetic philosophy that encourages people to find beauty in imperfection and accept the natural cycle of life.
